Who wants it bad enough?
Everybody wants a piece of the pie. Everybody wants to taste that sweet flavor of success. Some are willing to put their neck on the line and go get it, while others waste away watching dated reruns on TV.
We all would like to wake up with that buddhistic calm of having enough money in the bank or coins in a wallet, but not only wanting that will be sufficient enough. Taking thing to the next level requires some sweat and time. Put yourself in the position to be able to make the choices that you want to and not the ones that you have to.
Success is measured by the freedom you have from the efforts you put into everything. The best way to get to the top is to work smart, and make choices that allow you to grow and become the person you want to be.
If you want it, work for it, don’t be lazy, don’t do it half assed and most of all
ENJOY IT!

I have lived on my own since I was 11, but even too young for a job we would dive for coins, sweep out dune ride jeeps, shovel sand and snow, plant grass, deliver coffee and lunch on roller blades, until I was 14...I was so happy to be able to work and not have to worry about getting caught by random social worker people. It amazes me when people don't feel the need to put in 110%. Here it is just about learning How, and thankfully we have you guys helping us learn ;)
That's an intense youth @elew. You truly know what it means to work for it, and can appreciate the fruits of your own labor. Thank you for sharing that. Keep learning & working at Steemit and it will be rewarding beyond the wildest of dreams. We're all learning here together.

It was a good youth though...I had plenty of random moms, dads and grandparents always teaching me things. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world :)

I am kind of lazy too, but the hardest thing is to start. Then it gets easier, it gets you going :)) So don't be afraid to start and don't be afraid to fail. Fail is a part of success.

I do, stick to the plan on steemit. No matter what, comment 10 posts a day, 1 blog post at least, and upvote as many
Simple, your the 10% who will take action... everyone will just give up and spectate lol
Being a spectator is the bomb, if you're watching a football or a hockey game 🏒, but on Steemit, you need to be that 10% that takes ACTION 💪

In fact, all my life I have found people around me complaining.
And only when I grew up, I saw it was easier to complain than actually work. It was easier to look at problems than actually find solutions.
And it was easier to pray than to execute.
People always look for shortcuts. And like you said, they all want it.
But very few really work for it. :)
