Quote of the Day #122: There Is No Finish Line So Enjoy The Journey!
Getting there is half the fun!
The finish line is basically what we’d call a hypothetical spot in a future time in an unknown place with unknown coordinates, it is a mythical place where everything is perfect and everything is beyond imagination. The finish line is the ultimate spot to arrive at, the only problem is that it is not a real thing or place. We will never finish what we are doing, it is an ongoing thing.
The journey is all of the moments along our way that we experience and feed our energy into, these moments along our path are the places that we need to soak up and really immerse ourselves into. The journey, the day to day grind to get shit done is the ‘finish’ line. The things we get done, the relationships we cultivate, the deals we close, the good/bad/ugly that we encounter all influence the next step. We are continuously moving the goal posts and should truly acknowledge that. The moment in all of this that we stop moving forward and breaking ground on awesomeness, our journey is worthless. Don’t render yourself worthless!
Always be sure to appreciate everything that crosses your path, all that you are faced with is put in front of you to test you resolve and to propel you to the next level. Boss up and level up every chance you get. You and your life will thank yourself for giving it your all.

I think my journey with Steemit has been like this. There isn't really an end goal for me, just an experience and I guess making a small investment at the same time haha.

There is only one real finish line: death.
The belief that death is the end or finish line is completely fear based. It is more of a beginning than an end, but if that is your finish line, may it be filled with victory for you.
I don't know what comes after death, but it surely is the end of what is going on right now. Otherwise people wouldn't be so anxious of death.
