Overcome the path of fear
I just finished this drawing today. In a post from two days ago you could see me working on it.
I started this drawing more than two months ago. I kind of started to draw automatically as I usually do but with perspective in mind this time. Eventually it started to grow in something with messages.
I see someone in it that is at the start of his journey on a path that is kind of paved with fear. At the end it is all friendly and kind and nothing to worry about. But you have to find your way and you need to go on and not let fear stop you from reaching your goal.
I think @vincentnijman will recognize the person sitting on the top left rock. Did not really intended to add him but it did somehow. On the other hand I like adding sitting creatures looking at something :)

I really liked working on this one even if I did have a break for a while doing a lot digitally. I'm trying to do more drawings with more messages and scenery lately. Even got another one almost ready I started even longer than two months ago ;)

I like this one a lot, Sander :D I'm glad to see it unveiled! Love how you compose the piece, keeping the path almost colourless with the faces of fear on it, and shading the faces of the surrounding vista with soft grays, with friendlier faces :)
The perspective is also nicely accentuated by the shadows cast behind the travelling figure, as if it is a really long road ahead, but we get the ambiance that he will make it at the end, because he's surrounded by so many that cares for him, even if they are way outside of the white path he is standing on, they cheer him on :)
