My Wife's Journey Through Steam Cakes......
Cakes are sweet dessert that is typically baked.
We can say cakes are special because every birthday and celebration starts with a cake.
I am also a hardcore cake lover but i like mostly steamed cakes.Its too soft ,light and spongy . My family always prefers homemade steamed cake.My wife is interested in making steamed cakes but her first attempt was great flop.
But I appreciate for her work and time spend for it.
Every year we had celebrated our son's birthday with store-bought cakes.This year my wife told me she will make the cake for our little prince birthday.At first I thought she was kidding.After seeing her confidence I agreed with her to go ahead .On the day of birthday when i came back from my work she showed me the "chocolate steamed cake" I was really shocked and surprised ,it was really awesome when compared with older flop one.After the party everyone appreciate her for the birthday cake.It was really a great moment for us.Our little prince enjoyed the cake and told her he never forget this day.
Her third attempt was for my birthday .She knew I love mango very much so that she prepared a delicious steamed mango cake for me.
