Mamang' sorbetero / Ice cream 'Man

Let me bring you to another historical story of the Philippines.
The sorbetero's is the one who peddled ice cream on the street.
Inside the ice cream cart there are three big jar.The surround of it contains ice and salt
The salt will lower the temperature inside the surrounding of jar.To better preserve the ice cream.There are 3 kinds of flavored to choose from inside the cart.My Favorite is chocolate flavor :)The sorbet cart is full of colorful designs, usually the names of the owner of the ice cream shop are written here.And when the hand bell sounded im sure children will running just to buy For Mama'ng sorbetero or Ice cream 'Man.
Tagalog translation:
Umaasa ako na lahat kayo ay may magandang araw
Hayaan ninyong dalhin ko kayo sa isa na namang makasaysayang istorya ng pilipinas.
Ang sorbetero ay ang taong naglalako ng sorbetes sa kalsada.
Sa loob ng kariton ng sorbetes ay mayroong tatlong malaking garapinyera.Ang paligid nito ay may yelo at asin.Ang asin ang magpapababa ng temperatura ng paligid ng garapinyera upang lalong mapreserba ang sorbetes.Mayroong tatlong klase ng lasa ng sorbetes ang mapagpipilian sa loob ng kariton .Paborito ko ang lasa ng chocolate :)Ang kariton ng sorbetero ay punong puno makukulay na disenyo,kadalasan pangalan ng may ari ng pagawaan ng ice cream ang nakasulat dito.At kapag pinatunog na ang kamay kampanilya.Siguradong magtatakbuhan na ang mga bata para at bumili kay Mamang 'sorbetero

Hahaha ako din mamaya mag ice cream.
Sa panahon ngayon hindi na masyadong kumikita ang mga sorbetero kasi napaka sosyal na ng mga tao. Pasensya na ngunit ito ang aking napansin dito sa amin. Kawawa naman sila dahil ang init init pa naman dito sa Pilipinas. Pa follow po Ma'am @sandaraclark :) salamat po
