The Diary Game|| BBQ Party || 12 November 2024

Hello steemit family!

Good morning and Assalam o Alaikum everyone. I am fine and i hope you all are doing well and enjoying your life. Let's start the day with the name of Allah. I woke up and offered my fajr prayer. Then i am starting to get ready for school. My van arrived and i reached school at 8 am. The smog is increasing day by day. I hoped the government announced vocation as soon as possible.

I reached in the class. Only a few kids came right now. I write the dairy on the whiteboard. The kids have started noting the dairy. Only a few kids were there, they were quickly writing in the dairy so that our work could be checked first. As a student it is a great happiness to have the class work checked first. Then lecture started. Finally now it's time to break. My van arrived to pick me up.

I reached home at 3 pm. My cousin brought golgappas for me , and i ate them. Then we make a plan for BBQ at night. My two younger brothers brought everything for BBQ. I go to the kitchen and wash the chicken. Then mix all the spices ginger paste, salt, tikka msala, yogurt etc. Add chicken to this. And marinated the chicken for some hours. This is the very first step for BBQ which is ready.

After that, we collected wood to light a fire because we couldn't find coal everywhere. That's why we thought to make coal ourselves by lightning a fire. We kept the fire going until the coal was made. Almost after an hour, the coal was ready.

Then we take chicken from the fridge. I put the chicken on the skewers. It was 5 kg of chicken ,so it took quite a bit of time to put them on the skewers. After some time, this work was also finished. The second step is also completed.

Now i placed these skewers on the coal. I kept changing its sides after a little while.we were all doing this in a very nice and cheerful atmosphere. Eating hot BBQ has its own unique pleasure. Gathering with family and having fun like BBQ brings a different kind of joy. That's why we should keep gathering like this. I hope you all are enjoying this post. See in the next post. Allah Hafiz
