1. Moisturising Yor Skin

Moisturise your skin. No matter what your skin type may be, It is a myth that oily skin does not need moisturising. What really matter is what you moisturize it with. So if your skin is oily, then just take a tsp of honey and add a pinch of powdered camphor to it and massage gently onto the skin. Wash off within 5 minutes. Your skin will be moisturized naturally, and your blood circulation will also improve and perfect. For dry skin, try 1 tsp of honey with almond oil as it works wonders and lighter your skin tone.

2. Lemon juice

Refresh your skin with lemon juice, fresh lemon juice is a excellent natural ingredient for your clear and clean skin, are other natural things add with it, homemade beauty treatments. It has citric acid, which exfoliates your skin, and it has full of Vitamin C, which helps new skin cells to form and it also lightens your skin and also any dark patches on the skin. Apply fresh lemon juice to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash it off with warm water and then you can use some cucumber slices to soothe the skin and moisturise it.

You can improve the overall appearance of your skin by simply rubbing your face with thickly cut slices of cucumber. It will rehydrate your skin, remove some of the dead skin cells and leave your skin feeling fresh and looking awesome cool. Rose water also work as toner and fresh your skin

4. Glowing Skin - Tomatos

Tomatoes are great anti-oxidants and wrinkle-free skin, Take a two tomatoes mash them and apply it evenly on your face. Rinse it off after 20 minutes with cold water. After you see your skin is glowing. To make a paste, use one day old curd and mix with it well tomato pulp. Apply this face pack daily in the morning to reveal a brighter and sparkling fresh complexion for beautiful face and your skin tone is lighter.

5. Exfoliation

Exfoliation is an essential part of skin care, be it the face or body. Depending on your skin type, choose the natural grains you want to work with and see the amazing results with just the right combinations. For example, if you have tired, dry and sluggish looking skin try the following as:

  1. almond powder 2tsp

  2. powdered oats 2tsp

  3. milk powder 1 tsp

  4. china clay 1 tsp
    -Mix it well with enough rose water or fresh milk to make a thick paste and scrub gently all over face and neck. Wash off with milk and then water.
    If you have an oily skin

  5. lemon peel powder 2 tsp

  6. orange peel powder 2 tsp

  7. red lentil powder 2 tsp

  8. fullers earth 2 tsp
    -Mix with rose water and scrub gently in a rotating manner all over face and neck for 5 minutes and wash with cold water.

6. Drinking Water

Always maintain a habit of drinking a minimum of 8-10 glasses of water on a daily routine life. This is not only to improve your metabolism but also to hydrate your skin. Not only does a sufficient in take of water helps in clarifying the skin, but it will also help in reducing dark circles, acne, dullness and most of all it will flush out the toxins. If you drink enough water, Its help to refresh your skin whole day.
Don’t Ignore rose water. It helps prevent and reduce eye puffiness in the morning, maintains pH balance and naturally hydrates your skin.

7. Sleeping Beauty

Always sleep with a neat and clean skin. No matter what time or how late you are going to sleep, cleansing your skin before hitting the bed to remove dirt and grime. It will allow the skin to comfertable breathe, rest and repair from the damaging effects of weather and bad pollution. At least 8 hour sleep daily.

8. Exercise

Do Exercise regularly. Running, jogging and yoga will give your body the necessary blood circulation, and also accelerate the cleansing process of your entire body. You will notice a glow on your face after working out. Racing against time? Just take a brisk walk around the block.

Don’t Skip skincare before and after a workout. Apply a toner to help minimize oil production before heading out. Exfoliate after, and then apply moisturiser olive oil to moisturize the skin.
