5 leaves of Brahmi is all you need to have a healthy brain. Yes, studies have proved that Brahmi is the best herb that helps in cognitive performance. Brahmi is an important part of ayurveda and is named after the Hindu good Brahma ( the creator). The herb has it's mention in ancient ayurveda manuscripts like Charaka Samhita and Susrut Samhita. It is believed that this herb was the one on which Vedic scholars relied on to memorize lengthy shlokas (hymns).

Brahmi ensures that your brain gets the rest it deserves which eliminates that changes of you dealing with stress. If you think Brahmi can cure Alzheimer's then you are wrong, there is actually no medication that can reverse the effects of Alzheimer's, but including Brahmi in your diet will ensure that your chances of getting Alzheimer's decreases.

Brahmi has a slight bitter taste which would be a turn off for first timers, but don't quit it, it is one herb that you need. You will slowly get used to the taste. Brahmi has no reported side effects, but research says that Brahmi eaters often complain about dry mouth and nausea.

Brahmi are very short herb plants that spreads by itself. People in India also make a spicy dip out of the fresh Brahmi leaves.

@samysamy...! Kalau ditempat saya tumbuhan itu namanya daun pegaga. Bisa untuk dicampur dalam masakan khas pada saat bulan tertentu. Daun itu juga bisa untuk herbal mengurangi strees dan meghilangkan rasa bau di badan.
