I am a firm believer in the power of hers and have an opinion that herbs, if included in our daily diet, can keep us safe from many unwanted health complications. There are list of herbs that should be consumed everyday to get the best benefits out of it. Consuming the herbs daily is not at all a task, for all you need to do is to mix it with your daily food and they do the rest after you have got them in your body.

Among the many herbs that are beneficial for your body, one is aniseeds. Better known as 'Vilayati Saunf', this herb belongs to the ajwain or celery family. The middle eastern native spice was cultivated by ancient Egyptians who were hooked to it's manageable smell and undistinguished taste. The plant that bears aniseeds as fruits is not very tall and grows in places where there is abundant sunshine and warmth.
