Hello greetings everyone on this great community incredible India is my pleasure to be here to participating in this contest about "Implication of discipline!". This is the contest that will help a lot in many aspast I appreciate @meraindia for organizing this contest.

What is the definition of discipline?

Discipline can be explained as the act of conforming to rules and standards of conduct and a method of teaching especially from a supervisor.
Discipline also means self control. It is the act of discomforting yourself just for you to be comfortable in future. It is doing the right thing at the right time just to achieve results, and also withholding back yourself from glamorous lifestyle so as to gain in the long run.
Another way of defining discipline is setting rules for yourself and sticking by them or adhering to strict measures just to gain in future.
Without discipline, people will go hay wire and may end up loosing their lives or wasting their future. Everyone needs discipline at one time or the other in their lives.

Discipline calls us back to order, it keeps us on track. In the society, people or children who were disciplined or who maintained discipline lifestyle turn out better than children who were pampered abd free to do whatever they want.

Do you think it's essential to maintain discipline in our personal and professional lives? Why?

To me I think discipline allows a person to concentrate on the intended goal, organize and put effort in a proper manner, also come up with positive attitude towards work, discipline in the professional world belongs to the discussed angles since it provides the foundation for compliance with deadlines, quality of work, and the general organizational culture of performance demanded by employers.

When applied to our personal lives, discipline enables us to plan how to tackle goals that have been tagged for completion and also to balance between work and family or between work and other activities. If there is no discipline then we create problems in form of delay,

confusion and inconsistency in our operations that reduce our chances of improvement. Discipline helps to develop such values as self-control, perseverance, and responsibility that together with the passage of time can bring happiness in true personal and career pursuits.

How does discipline help us to develop? Describe.

Discipline helps us to grow in as much as it assists us in learning what is correct, wrong, and how to be responsible for our actions. I like how it allows us to set objectives, identify tasks of concern and the level of attention to be devoted to achieve them, thus resulting in individual and career development.

Discipline makes one strong and able to overcome a challenge and be strong after a failure. It fosters the right attitudes toward eating, exercising, and sleeping that results in better health of the body and mind. Discipline also promotes character development and helps us have self control so as to control the emotions, gain an understanding of others and hence foster good relations. Discipline hard work, responsibility, and being open minded allows one to train, grow and transform into self improvement and learning.
