Without thinking long, the second day trip to Yogya, my vehicle directed towards Kulon Progo. Administratively, Koka Soka waterfall is located in Dusun Gunungkelir, Jatimulyo Village, Kulonprogo District, Yogyakarta. This waterfall is called Kembang Soka because around the location of many trees overgrown with soka.

With capitalize Google Maps, the route to reach to the waterfall is quite easy, from West Ring Road Demak Ijo take direction to Godean Street (west direction). Follow the Road to meet the red light crossroads Nanggulan, still take the west direction (straight) to the Menoreh mountains. Along the way I was presented with beautiful scenery and a winding road.

After getting parked, the real struggle begins. To get to the waterfall, I have to trekking a few hundred meters down the forest residents and down the hill to the bottom of the valley where the waterfall is located. After reaching the cliff I can see the beauty of this waterfall from top to bottom.

The green color of the forest belongs to the community as if unable to hide the beauty of this waterfall. My struggle finally paid off when I reached the waterfall. Clear water flows through the colorful stones of every level. There is a yellowish rock to maroon cliffs, I think this rock is slippery, but it is not at all, except that it is mossy.

Apparently indeed this waterfall is very charming, has a character and distinctive and unique characteristics. In addition to the color bebatuannya, water in this waterfall has two different colors namely white and green tosca. Waterfall on the left is a single white waterfall, while the right is a waterfall terraced nuanced. In between are provided bamboo bridge to enjoy the beauty of waterfall Kembang Soka. Landscape like this is not much I find in other locations.

In this place there is also a special pool for bathing or playing water. In addition to the pool there is also a place to jump which is certainly very exciting for the adventurous and like a challenge. No need to worry when bathing here because the water is always cold and clear. The pool provided is also large enough so it can be for the sway.

The surrounding scenery is still very beautiful and cool. And indeed the claim that this waterfall is very beautiful and charming is not wrong. I also feel at home long here to enjoy it.
