I am not really sure how it works with other accents. But I do know that it seems to like my British accent :)

I tried to use dictation tool but it is not working perfectly. What I am dictating, it is not writing the same thing except some words.
I think it likes my solid British accent :)
But yeah, it's not really all that efficient. Just useful when you can't touch type.
