Dave Rubin Very Stupidly Twists MLK's Words To Fit His Very Stupid Narrative
The Republicans are going for history today, folks. If the government shuts down tonight it will be the first time a party in control of all three branches of government did such a thing.
That said, it's Fun Friday! And what's more fun than being a genius? Take Dave Rubin for example, king of logic, psychology like you couldn't believe, people. In this clip, Rubin talks about the legacy of MLK, lamenting how we cherry pick MLK narratives we want to believe. This all sounds well and good but in an instant...Rubin does the exact same thing! Rubin spins a yarn about MLK and the failures of socialism. It makes absolutely no sense and we lay into his argument in the only way we know how: through grit teeth and absolute frustration.

If the Gubbermint shuts down, can we just disconnect the power switch until we figure out what the hell is going on?
Socialism is not about the means of production being owned by the community as a whole, rather it's about the free association of individuals owning their specific means of production. So all the workers in a particular factory would own and make democratic decisions on the usage of that particular factory's means and resources... but we can't expect Dave "I'm just a classical liberal" Rubin to go beyond "communism bad, mmmkay?"
