SP needed to post 10 times a day? That depends on the length of the text and on how much the network is used.

I reposted this article 10 times in a row and it took about 0.65% of my RCs. And I have 2762 SPs. You can spend 20% of RCs every day, so to repost that article 10 times you must have at least 90SP.

But you have to remember that an article takes more RCs than comments. For an average user 30 SP is enough. Not many people post every day and that amount of articles. I myself delegate some SPs to minnows so they can post regularly.
