Existence Is Futile - (An Original Work)
Are my words whispers in your ears?
And do I pale and vanish in your eyes?
I didn't think so, then why is it that I seem not to exist to you.
The next, fit for fodder.
Why is it that no matter how hard I try,
My efforts go unnoticed.
For this is the way of wounding.
If I spent my time solidifying myself,
Perhaps I would be stronger.
The feminine wiles, temptations of the flesh.
Should I just withdraw from it all,
Make my existence, unknown..
I must say that this poetry is truly amazing. The best part of this poem is that it is written in a very lucid way, the word, the phrases everything is in a clear way but the way it's meaning has turned out to be, it gives the poetry a lot of feel. Simple and deeply filled with feelings I would say. And the feelings you have portrayed in such simple words is remarkable.

Dude, this one was deep. Not all poetry is sunshine and butterflies. I like the emotion that this one captures. Truly felt like this one was from the heart with raw emotion.

A melancholy, unsettled, troublesome soul feigning to be loved, deteriorating passion is a non-existence proverbial to a vain reverie.
Such heartbreak, I felt every word of that. Been through much the same, it's not a nice feeling.
