Living In The present
Reflecting on the past and dreaming of the future are good but to live a life that is worthwhile, you need to concentrate and focus your mind on the present. Yesterday's approach may not be the particular saving grace you need to face the challenges of today, so you need to keep charting the course that suits the challenges of the present.
The future is not to be feared, what you only need is to understand the present and watch how the future will be unfolded to you. In its fairness, life is not as hard as some people think, they only make it complicated by majoring on their minor and then minoring on their major.
You may not need as much as you think to get through the challenges of the day; just have a positive mindset, have a pure conscience and then be open minded. In all these, do not forget to make good acquaintances and friends. Remember this, if you want to secure the present, you need to build up yourself, but if you want to secure the future, you need to help build up others.
If you do not live the present as it is demanded, it will have effect in your future. Just like a happy sleep is a result of a day that is spent well, a happy future is a result of the present that is lived well.
It is your positive thoughts that will make even the little things to be sufficient. To become happy in life, you may not need too much - the little you have with a sense of contentment and appreciation will make much out of your little.
Can I tell you this? It is more honorable and worthwhile to live the "now" making errors than to live it doing absolutely nothing. In taking steps today and making mistakes, you will become better in the future.
