Part 1: Tips to Maintaining Good Health

Health is a gift from God but must but maintained by man
It is your duty to sustain the divine health given to you by God.

Maintaining good health is not so much a question of money as of knowledge of how to choose and stick to a healthy lifestyle.

I have dropped some articles recently on some special fruits, which promote good health and also support the fight against certain diseases.

This time we gonna be looking at some tips that promote a healthy living
Maintaining good health is not a one off thing but a lifestyle
Let's take a look at some things we must inculcate, this time on diet;

Take more fruits and vegetables:

Fruits and vegetables should be part of our regular diet, the benefits of it cannot be overemphasize as there are numerous health benefits, some i have already discussed in my latest articles.
Fruits and vegetables are rich sources of minerals; they help fight infections and support the growth of healthy bacteria
They are also rich fiber which help to support the digestive track and help maintain weight as they contain less calories
In you choice of meal, find a way to include them in diet daily

Drink Enough Water

Water as we already know is very essential for living
It support body metabolism

Water helps not only to hydrate, but to aid in blood circulation, the removal of toxins from our bodies and in the regulation of our body temperatures.
It is involved with every single organ and every single process of our bodies.

Take at least 10 glass full of water per day as this is essential for the healthy functioning of our bodies.

Eat Balance Diet

The human body actually needs more than 40 different nutrients for good health, and there is not one single source for them, therefore there is need for variety in diet. A balanced diet containing adequate amount of all the essential nutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals), roughage and water is necessary for maintaining good health.
To be on the high side, ensure meals is rich in several nutrients.
