How are you all? I am @samhunnahar, joining you from Bangladesh. I hope you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, I am also well. I am here to share the topic with you in the competition. First of all, I would like to thank my dear teacher @nahela for sharing such a beautiful learning topic with us. Due to which I was able to learn something different this time. Churros is my first experience in making. I have never made or eaten this food. In other words, I have no experience with this food. This time it was very good to see a different kind of thing, I knew and learned.

When a new learning topic is given, it seems quite difficult. When I can make it, it becomes very easy. When we first make something, we get into various complications. Finally, through mistakes or right, we learn a lot. This time, while making Churros, I was finally able to make the recipe, with some mistakes, some corrections. The most interesting thing is that when I ate Churros with chocolate sauce, it was very good. This dish seems to me to be a different kind of fun.

Today, I will share the recipe with you step by step and how I made it. So let's share it:-

Ingredients required for the recipe:

I have prepared the ingredients for the recipe in advance and have listed the quantities of each ingredient.

Ingredients Quantity

Water- One Cup

Ghee- 50 grams

Flour -2 Cup

egg-One

1 teaspoon of salt

4 teaspoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla

Steps to prepare Churros Recipe:-

Step-1

First, I heated the ghee. Then, I took ghee, added a cup of water to it, and added sugar and salt.

Step-2

After adding all the ingredients, I added a spoonful of vanilla essence. After adding the ingredients, mix them well.

Step-3

After mixing all the ingredients, I put the pot on the stove. When the water almost boiled, I added the flour.

Step-4

After mixing the flour, I cracked an egg into it. After cracking the egg, mix it well again.

Step-5

To make the Churros, I put oil in the oven. I added it in stages with the help of nozzles. However, since it was my first time doing it, I had a lot of difficulty. I made it in any way. In this way, I made all the churros in stages.

Recipe Final Looking

I made the choux step by step like this. It was very delicious to eat with chocolate sauce.

When you tried the churros, what was your experience like? Did you like them? Explain your answer in detail.

I had a great experience making churros. I really enjoyed making them, and I enjoyed them even more after eating them. Because I got a different taste when I ate them with chocolate sauce. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which was amazing.

I ate churros for the first time and I really liked it. From now on, I will make and eat churros occasionally. Moreover, my children also like that food very much.

Is there a stand or business in your city that sells churros? Tell us.

I am Bangladeshi. I live in Cox's Bazar, the longest beach tourist area of Bangladesh. We don't have any such food shops here. Especially, seafood dishes are more available in our shops. However, churros food is not available in our market or my food shop. If there is such a food shop, then there will be a lot of demand from people.

What type of dough would you like to learn for our challenge #3?
