Destroy negative thoughts when they first appear. This is when they are the weakest.
Negative thinking will get you to negative places.
You want to think positive. A younger me would have been like yea right ?! I grew up with a very molded mindset. Being positive and optimistic is a practiced pitch, believing it and delivering it is the punchline.
