Nowadays due to the ever increasing technology, people have left all their work on the machine trust. Now it is not anybody's job to do the work as before, after the arrival of the computer, people have started sitting and sitting in one place.
But do you know that sitting in one place for a number of consecutive hours can ruin your health. Not only this, you are less in age and you may die too soon. Let's know which problems you can meet .........
You can be surrounded by these problems.
Sitting in one place for a long time can lead to many serious diseases like obesity, sugar.
A research has claimed that continuously sitting in one place and working for two hours in the same posture can also lead to your early death.
Keep changing position in a while
When you are doing any seating work, keep in mind that just keep getting up in a while. This will change in your muscles and will remain frozen.
Such people die soon
In one study, it has also been found that young people die faster than others who adopt the same posture for long periods of time.
There is also loss of watching TV
Due to continuous sitting on the chair, 27 percent of the risk of dying of different diseases and the risk of death due to watching TV shows up to 19 percent. So you keep changing your position in a little while.
