Throwback Thursday : Roundhouse Kick at Ao Nang Beach, Krabi
This GIF was taken in December 2016 at Krabi with 2 of my favourite guys. I remember kicking so many times just for my friend to get a decent burst shot HAHAHA!
I've grown so much fatter since then. Sigh. No matter, I'm going to join an MMA gym this year again to make it up for being at my MOST UNFIT STATE in 2017! I'm most likely going to join Monarchy MMA since they specialize in BJJ. It could be easier for me because of my Judo background.
But oh my god.... how I dread those extra long warm ups.
Whatever it takes to get fit again, I guess.
