Translation to Spanish of BitShares (Graphene) Technical Documentation project #3

Hello everyone! I just translated 552 words, which were translated from English into Spanish.

When I started the translation of the file, it had 786 translated words, once I finished my contribution the file was with 1338 translated words. That is to say, I translated 552 words in total.

These translations were made through crowdin (https://crowdin.com/project/docs-bitshares-org/es-ES#) and here I also leave the github link (https://github.com/BitSharesEurope/docs.bitshares.eu).
