United We Stand, Divided We Fall !!

Unity is that powerful thing that makes the weaken strong and courageous in a very supportive way. That is why it is said : Union is Strength. State of unity occurs when we the human beings, come together with other individuals or groups to form something greater than any of us, sometimes to resolve the problems and sometimes to confront the storms of life. It is that state in which every body takes part in the form of supportive hand to build a welfare society. No creed, no color and even no cast comes between unity and people.

Teamwork represents a set of values that encourage behaviors such as listening and constructively responding to points of view expressed by others, giving others the benefit of the doubt, providing support to those who need it, and recognizing the interests and achievements of others. ~ Katzenbach & Smith

Unity in thoughts and in actions ensures the very effective and positive outcomes for the society as whole. Foundation of the societal institutions are always controlled through this factor. Great collaboration supports the general level of execution, however this is conceivable just if the whole group shares one vision and spotlights on "We" as compared to "I". Yes, this way selfishness can be eradicated within the society.

In the today's paced life where hatred,fights, crimes, hypocrisy, terrorism is prevailing, only one thing can save us from all these evil aspects, Unity. Yes, State of unity is the only thing which can reform the current situation of the world in a very positive way to bring about the wonderful results. Mattie J.T. I have a dream that one day my mother Earth achieve the status of peace, affection, equality and brotherhood all over. Which i do believe not possible without the state of unity in our thoughts and in actions as well. Let's promise to be united :) :)
