The Diary Game (3/12/2021) Better life with Steem: The Handing Over Ceremony
I am so delighted to share with you my experience on Friday 3/12/2021. Just six months ago, I posted diary demonstrating how I intended to via a post of Supreme Justice for our (Department Association(Real Estate and Land Management Students Association~RELAMSA), indeed, I also create your awareness that I had a success in the election and hence Friday 3/12/2021 was the handing over ceremony.
On Friday, I woke up in a very exciting mode knowing very well that I will be going for the ceremony in the night. Though in the morning I was having a lecture, so I took my bath, take my break fast and prepared for the class at 7:30am. It was the first lecture with that course for the trimester and indeed the tuition was just about introduction. So soon, the class ended at 9:15am and I went back to the hostel.
After The Lecture
After the class, a friend of mine visited me at my hostel, we had fun together, I got an interesting movie that I do watch title “All American” he joined me till it was 11:00am when he said he was hungry. I quickly peels some yam and sliced it to fry. I prepared a delicious fried yam and shitto for him for which we all enjoyed it.

After that, it was time for Jummah Prayer, I made him perform abulution while I also do and we went to the masjid for the prayer. After the prayer, he left to his hostel while I also came back to have some siesta in my room. I slept for a very long period and later woke up at around 5:15pm. I went to the washroom to brush my teeth and performed abulution to pray the missed Salat.
When it was 7:00pm, I started preparing for the ceremony. I got bath, put on my clothes and do all the necessary things and to my way to the ceremony grounds at Mom and Dad Restaurants. I arrived safely at 7:30pm and I was directed by the ushers’ to the conference room and I got sited and prepared for the ceremony to start.
The program was just a two hour program. Latest by 8:00pm everyone arrived including the lecturers and the students of the department and other invitees. The program started with an opening prayer at exactly 8:10pm by Mr. Polycarp and other activities carry on. The program was just step by step, till it was time for a musical interludes where we got up to show our skills. After that it was time to serve the food and other refreshments while everything went on smoothly. So soon it was time for the handing over agenda and we did it successfully.

At exactly 10:00pm, the program ended and everyone dispersed to his or various destinations. I arrived at my hostel around 10:34pm so tired. I really enjoyed the ceremony and it was full of fun and memorable.
