Hello everyone here!

It a great pleasure to share with you my industrial attachment assessment at Prime Phoenix Property Consult, a Real Estate company in Tamale. I am level 300 student at University for Development Studies, Wa Campus.

I woke up today feeling very grateful to the creator for given me another opportunity of life and am in a good health condition and mentally sound. I wish everyone one here a good health condition and may the creator guide you through your endeavors.

It was a great a opportunity to for me to explore in the industrial sector to participate and appreciate the academic knowledge that has been learned in the classroom at the industrial sector.

I happen to get the opportunity to do my attachment at Prime Phoenix Property Consult popular known as PPPC. This is a Real Estate company that deals in all aspects of land transactions and Building construction and all business related to property acquisition and management.

I started my attachment program on 23rd August, 2021, I work at the company for about ten(10) weeks and few days. During my stay at the company, I performed so many duties and roles at the company. I had the opportunity to be recording land transactions into the the company database system.

I hard the opportunity to visit sites to carry out survey and valuation purpose. On 3rd September, I had the opportunity to go to the Eastern Corridor Area specifically Yendi to carry out some survey exercise on Two Bedroom apartment on one acre plot. This was a grateful experience there.

Several events happened during my stay both on field and off field exercises. I had the opportunity to work professional workers such as the The Architect for Kpalbi District Mr Aaron Dramani, The CEO of PPPC, The. CEO of Tuma Prestige and many important personalities in our field of study.

All in all, on the 8th October, 2021 the supervisors for the industrial attachment program came to inspect and also carry on the assessment for the exercise. It was seen to be something fearful but with confidence and determination I was able to withstand all the pressure out there. The process was so interactive since all the questions was within the scope of the attachment exercise.
