Not sure what this dude is actually saying, he said he is building a time machine/spaceship.

Listening to him for a bit I don't think he knows what he is doing, sounds like he is maybe being scammed? Sounds like he is profiting from this so maybe he is somewhat in on it.

He claims to have had conversations with high-level people about stuff like area 51 and UFO which he tries to use as evidence. That, however, is not evidence that is good enough to support such bold claims.
