Samsung Responds to the Battery Issue Faced by Galaxy Note 8 Users

Following the allegation, an administrator on Samsung official forums, named SamsungMel has asked the customers to return their devices for a warranty replacement unit.
It is a bold statement by a company however it should be mentioned here that Samsung is replacing faulty batteries case wise.
Samsung is having bad times as last year Galaxy Note 7 battery exploded, leaving company with poor reputation. This is a less traumatic issue but will definitely affect Samsung’s reputation.
