My personal perspectives about courtship.

Hello Amigo's, I see courtship as a means of bringing a man and woman together in the course of getting married. Courtship is one of the ways that can help people to know and understand the kind of individual they wish to spend the rest of they life with.

What is your understanding about the word courtship?

Courtship is a word that has to do with the act of a man seeking a relationship with a woman with the pretence of marring her.

Courtship is a word that connotes oneness between a man and a woman, it not about marring a woman in court. It is a word that has to do with a man looking for the affection of a woman based on marriage and having a family together.

Courtship also has to do with living with each other {man & woman} in other to understand each other and create a family through the process of marriage.

How can people in courtship maintain a good relationship that can lead to marriage?

People in courtship seeking for marriage can build this relationship to marriage if they follow the following ways like.

1. Accepting each other's differences irrespective of they individuals behavior and nationality.

2. Making sure they understand and spend much time with each other in other to strengthen the relationship.

3. The two individuals in courtship should avoid telling lies to each other in other to build a sense of trust between themselves.

4. In other to change courtship into marriage the two partners are not supposed to keep any secret about themselves for each other to also ensure trust and confidence in they partner.

5. Both parties are expected to know each other likes and dislikes in other to avoid doing what the other partner doesn't like.

6. They should try to talk about family matters like having kids and being in good terms with they in-laws.

7. They should only take advice from they parents to help take the relationship to the next level.

Are there things to be hidden during courtship? If yes what are they. If No back your answers with your reasons.

I don't think that people in courtship should hide anything from each other because they are actually trying to know themselves. My reasons are because you cannot build a relationship on lies and hidden things because they will definitely be a feeling of lack of trust in your partner leading to the total breakdown of relationship.

Hinding anything from your partner will make him or her to fell that your are not ready or willing to take the relationship to the next level. Keeping secrets can end the relationship for good if any of the partner finds out about the hidden secret.

I will best say that any relationship build on lies will never last or move further in the case of courtship because not knowing everything about your partner will make you lose trust in your partner they by causing you to monitor your partner.

Do you think there's time frame in courtship? Explain.

I don't think that they is or should be any time frame in courtship because the person's in courtship would be able to know how long they want to keep the relationship before they decide to call it quits or get married. It absolutely depends on how long the partner decide to be in courtship.

They can be no specific time to tell if the people in courtship will get married or not, I will say it depends on how long they intend to continue the courtship.

Is courtship a guarantee for successful marriage.

Courtship to my knowledge is not a guarantee for a successful marriage because it is an act of a man and woman getting to have affection about themselves in other to get married. The definition never stated that they will or must eventually get married or married successful. You should know that everyone has they choice to make because as a person who has likes and dislikes must certainly have something that will make you not to or to marry a person.

Courtship can only be means of helping them developing affections for each other and not making them couples after the courtship process. I know rest this with my conclusion that courtship dose not give a guarantee for a successful marriage
