You don't celebrate others in any form because you simply feel it doesn't make sense and one day you will sit down and expect others to celebrate you
Robert kiyosaki said something that the best way to ignite fire on a team member or members is to celebrate them always no matter how small... Remember somebody somewhere needs you to grow no matter how small you lend a helping hand
