So on this happy occasion, I'm going to talk about cardamom.
I will discuss it with all my friends according to the knowledge I have.

Cardamom is a spice originating from India. But, don't worry, friends now in almost all of Indonesia can grow cardamom. Because cardamom is a creeping and easy to grow plant.
Cardamom is often used in food or cooking, as an enhancer of the taste and aroma of cooking.

Cardamom also has several benefits for the body, namely; Can lower blood pressure, can overcome digestive problems, can prevent cancer growth and can prevent bad breath.

The following is a photo of cardamom that has been harvested and is ready to be used for flavoring food or medicine.

After picking cardamom, it must be dried in the sun for the drying process, after which it is used for purposes.
