Spring rolls vegan
BAHAN :
Kulit Spring roll pastry
Isian :
100 gr kembang kol, cicang halus
3 buah wortel (parut kasar)
1 buah bawang bombay (cicang halus)
2 siung bawang putih (press)
1 sendok teh tepung tapioka/sagu dan 25 ml air, larutkan
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/2 sendok makan saus tiram
1/2 sendok teh kecap ikan
1 sendok teh minyak wijen
1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
4 buah cabe hijau (iris halus)
3 sdm air
4 butir telur (rebus dan potong-potong dadu)
Cara Membuat :
- Panaskan margarin
- Masukan bawang bombay, goreng sampai layu
- Masukkan bawnag putih, goreng sampai wangi
- Masukkan sayuran, masak sampai layu. Beri air.
- Masukkan merica, garam, saus tiram, kecap ikan, cabe. Aduk rata
- Masukkan bawang daun, telur rebus dan minyak wijen . Aduk rata.
- Masukkan air tepung tapioka/sagu, aduk rata. Masak sampai meletup-letup.
- Angkat dan dinginkan.
