Health By Running
As we have listened that a sound body has a sound mind, to maintain sound body we have to work hard for doing so. It is stated that a nation which have playing grounds for peoples their hospitals are free from patients and which nation have playing grounds free from peoples their hospitals are crowded. It is obligation for us to maintain our body healthy for this we have to take running and exercise on daily basis.
General Perception
If we see that peoples which take exercise and running daily they are strong and healthy. They enjoy their life's better than others and perform their daily activities very efficient and make strong decisions. That peoples live long and healthy.Every physician and doctors advise us to change their daily life and adopt the habit of running and exercise daily.
My routine for running
My name is safdar hussain from the district of punjab pakistan. I am associated with education department as a teacher and I want to tell u about my daily routine work for running and exercise for empower that people who do not participate any physical activities. I getup early and morning from before the arising sun , perform FAJAR prayer then after change dress and ready for running with some friends which are good livers for running. I set out for running at jogging tracks almost 4 to 5 kilometers running daily without any break. After completing running I do some jumps and other exercise as you see in this pictures.
My experience
I want to tell you about my experience related to running it is amazing and attractive hobby to fit and balance my body. After doing this I feel very easy and happy and whole day spend very awesome and easy. I am doing this from last ten years so that I am healthy and active to perform any task.

My goals
Now I want to tell you about my future goals that I will continue my running with great zeal and other mission is to invite other people s and will not them for good health By Running. Still today many friends walk with me and enjoy a lots to see changing in their body and pray for me. In next some days this strength s will reach at maximum level for running peoples.
Diet
To maintain my body healthy I also take good diet like eggs meat milk and fruits. Because good diet also able me to running maximum for fitness. I perssue other people to follow this plans for healthy life.
COVID-19
As you know corona virus spread out the whole world, millions of peoples are efttected and died. To save from coronavirus increase your immune system by food and running. By doing running your immune system will boost up and fight with coronavirus.
So I request you to maintain distance from each other ,wear mask, wash your hand and keep running on daily basis.I hope you will follow this and save yourself and your family from coronavirus and other diseases. I pray for you and your family be save ,be healthy and free from other worries.
