I have read some post of the beginnings of some on this platform, they were difficult beginnings because they did not know where they were going and almost everything was in another language for the Spanish speakers it was a constant struggle to climb. I was not there but I must assume that in the union there was strength.

After a time here, I have already completed the year, I can conclude that if you do not support yourself in a community and support others, if you do not invest, if you do not write frequently, if you do not invest time in commenting on the post to others, you will be competing in the challenges, you will not achieve anything, you will be stuck there, where you entered, you will not grow.

Sometimes I see some "healthy" competition between groups. Everyone wants to stand out. The truth is that everyone has different skills, taking advantage of them requires good organization and guidance.

I have also seen supports for each other, like the popular phrase: one hand washes another hand and both wash their faces.

If you are in a group support them, is aware of them little by little they have become almost family. You get restless when you do not find them publishing and you do not know anything about them.

It has happened to me that some of this network have disappeared, I have managed to contact them by other means and they tell me that they have left the country, because they could not stand and now that they have bought an intelligent cell phone, they return to steemit because they miss their people, their readers . I have asked them to write about their experiences outside, but they tell me that it is very hard to be where they are.
