When we decide to recycle, there are many doubts that arise, since sometimes we do not know what is the appropriate process. We can reuse and recycle any object or element that is found in our homes, in our place of work, at school or university.

The first thing we must do is identify the materials, that is, we place several containers or bags and identify them as follows: organic matter, packaging, glass and paper. In this way we can start the recycling process in a fast, simple and very effective way.

How to recycle at home:

An ideal method to recycle at home is to place colored containers and identify them as follows:

• Yellow container: only plastics materials are deposited: Containers from food and beverages,
  Vessels, plates, chairs, tables, bottles of cleaning products, etc.

• Blue container: Here we only deposit paper and cardboard: Newspapers, Magazines, Sheets, Papers (printed or not), Common envelopes, invoices, forms, Boxes, Folders, Brochures, Cardboard containers.

• Green container: Glass containers are deposited in this container: Food packaging, Bottles of alcoholic beverages, Perfume and cosmetics packaging.

• Brown container: only organic waste is deposited: Leftover food, leaves, grass and branches.

• Red container: here we deposit hazardous waste, such as: batteries, vehicle oil, syringes, aerosol cans, etc.

It is very important to teach our children from a very early age to recycle, it is necessary to make them understand that recycling exists in order to avoid the destruction of the environment. The fact that each container has a different color and that children have to distinguish them can be an educational exercise for them. In addition to distinguishing and separating waste, children will also learn to know other aspects related to saving and commitment to ecology.

The materials we will need are:

• Carton box.
• A rule.
• One scissor.
• Glue or silicone.
• Handle for the lid.
• 4 supports.
• Material to decorate (crepe paper, paints, stickers, etc.)

Step 1:
We lined the box inside.

Step 2:
We wrinkle several leaves, then stretch them and and we paste those leaves on the outside of the box.

Step 3:
We paste crepe paper on the top, middle and bottom.

Step 4:
Measure with the ruler to cut the lid, then stick with the crumpled sheets and crepe paper by the edge.

Step 5:
In the lower part, we stick 4 supports so that it does not rest directly on the ground. (stick with hot silicone)

Step 6:
