Steemit Philippines Essay Contest - “Anything you wished not to happen this year” by @saada08

Hello steemians. Good afternoon to you all. Hope you are all fine. I am doing fine by his grace. I will like to share my entry . It is such an interesting topic “what I wish never to happen this year. I will like to thank @steemitphcurator for this wonderful contest.

I have never been this sad until on Wednesday my cousin passed away . It was very sad . He was very hard working and they gave this boy to his grandma to raise him up. The grandma maltreated this boy always . Anytime something is been stolen the grandma always accuse this boy. Early this year, that was between march and April he run out without anybody noticing. They woke up one day and this boy was gone. He left the place without any notice. They maltreated him from childhood till he was just 15. He run and went to the father who stayed in Kumasi. His grandma stayed in tamale. He left the house and everyone supported what he did.

This year was very tragic to me . I lost my untie two years ago and that faithful day was going to be the 2 years anniversary but on the that faithful day we lost him. He was called Abdul Ganui. 15 years of age. I don’t know why he had to leave the world so soon . He just completed junior high school and was waiting for his results and next year he will go to school. Going to school was always in his mind and he said he is very happ he will going to school next year.

Things I wish not to happen this year.

One of the major things I wish never to happen is death. As I was talking about Abdul Ganui. When he left tamale to Kumasi. He spent just little time with his dad. He was almost getting to a month . He woke up one morning to go to a friend. When he went to board the car , in the process, a big came and hit him and the car. There were two passages in the car . Both the three passengers and the driver passed away including the boy. The boy died immediately when the car hit them but the 3 others were rushed to the hospital and immediately they all passed away there.

Accident: There Is high rate of accident in my country. The roads are not good and there always too much traffic on the road. The road is always too busy and a lot of people die out of accident everyday. The government and his bodies should always try to repair damage roads because a lot of innocent souls are being lost due to it.

Poverty: In my country now . 50percent of people now can die of hunger due to rapid increase in the prices of goods. Goods has been increasing very high. Today you buy something, tomorrow you should expect another price. A lot of poor people, beggars and lots of people will die of hunger and I know is because of this increase. With all these increase, there is high rate of unemployment. People who finished school are jobless.

Conclusion
To end , I will be very sad to hear anybody die out of road accidents, and this is what I wish never to happen Again. I will like to invite @illy45, @piini to join this wonderful contest.
