Omad day 12

After an exam I did today, it is customary for that company to eat a piece of cake afterwards.

Either to celebrate the good result, or to eat away your grief.

I think that's really cool!

But because I only eat 1 hour a day, everything falls outside my dining room and I had to say no.

It was no trouble at all.

It is already day 12 and I feel better than ever! It is bizarre what we let people talk about all our lives.

And the worst thing is that we believe everything without investigating it ourselves!

... eat and snack all day to keep the fire going ...

You only have eyes in your head

How naive I have been all my life! To give my body no rest moment to digest food and just stack food on food. Whether it's healthy food or unhealthy food, your digestion has no eyes!

Everything, whatever shape or color it has, is considered by the body as fuel ... glucose!

And that all day long .... think about it logically ...
