in #mating8 years ago

Mozena obtusa is a species of insect belonging to part of the genus mozena. These insects have a variety of sizes, some are small and some are the size of a thumb.Mozena obtusa has a dark color, as I found today, it has a brown color in some parts of its body only on its antennae that has orange color.

On the front of mozena obtusa it has a sharp horn that can kill its prey, this horn can be folded down so that it looks like not scary.
By the time I found this insect I see he was on the wildflowers in the coastal area, I see this insect is very large but it turns out that I see it is not a single insect, but a combination of two insects apparently these insects are mating.

mating insect lasts long enough, besides these mating insects there are also some small insects that are the same kind of this insects, I think they are a family. Seeing such a thing, I do not interfere with the process of reproduction of this insect I just take some photos of this insect scene that is making love on the flowering twig.
