lovely orange! I don't think this car was ever sold in the US. I've never seen one over here.

They are now a very popular classic. This one is fitted with very small wheels just like the Yellow Mk2 behind it. Something to do with either lowering the ride height or making them easier to spin the wheels on grass. :)

My 70's US muscle car I had in high school had no problem spinning tires on asphalt ;) In fact you could stomp on the gas at 70 miles per hour and it would spin the tires haha. But now I drive a four door Japanese sedan :(
