Manchester City left it late again as David Silva’s 83rd minute strike sealed a 2-1 victory over West Ham and made it 13 wins in a row in the Premier League. David Moyes’ Hammers went into this game on the back of seven games without a victory, but they put on a brave resistance against the runaway leaders and took a surprise lead late in the first-half. Angelo Ogbonna went unchallenged in the box as the Italian nodded in a corner on the stroke of half-time to give West Ham hope of a stunning three points.
