VW Exhaust Sound
Some of you, that have read my older posts will know that I have this beautiful 1968 VW Fastback, which is my pride and joy.
Recently I have decided fit an after market exhaust from EMPI on the car. My local Volkspares shop, import these spares from the USA. As this exhaust is custom made for this car, it was real easy to fit.
Here you can see what the exhaust looks like.
In the video the exhaust note sounds really racy, but I held my trusty iPhone real close to the exhaust, thus it sounds louder than it really is.
Like always, I used my iPhone to take the photos and video.

I tried to watch that DTube video but didn't load as usual! Anyway I like this car! Definitely a rare one to see and classy! Nice upgrade of it's exhaust system!

Oh man I drive by these and Alfa romeos and other awesome old cars and would love to get one. The uniqueness and do it yourself aspect are awesome. Then I think about time and money, and put that off for a bit later in life.

It does take time, but if you can get one at a good price, you can take your time to fix it. The prices of these classic cars just keep on going up and the longer you wait the more difficult it becomes to buy one.
