BeachWednesday: Wilderness Beach from the top!!
In my post an the Map of Africa viewpoint, a few days ago, I mentioned that there was another viewpoint, right adjacent it. Both viewpoints are on the same hill and the one view is inland and the other towards the ocean. These two photos show the ocean view, in both directions. As you can see the beach stretches for miles in both directions. This is really a beautiful piece of coastline in South Africa, and I personally love this part of the world!!
Here is my lovely wife, enhancing the view!! Note the little flock of sheep in the background!!
This part of the hill actually belongs to a farmer, and he has given permission for people to use it as viewpoint as well as to launch their hang-gliders. I have previously posted a post, Hang-gliding with a view, on which you can see a hang-glider strutting his stuff!!
I hope you enjoyed the post as much as I enjoyed writing it.
All the photos, were taken by me, with my Samsung phone, at Wilderness, in the Western Cape Province of , South Africa.
