My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2022

Today I got a proper, but unplanned workout. On my way from work, my motor cycle just died, due to some electrical problem. I pushed the bike for aproximately 500m to the nearest petrol garage, where my brother' son and wife came to assist me.

We managed to get the bike going again, and they followed me home, luckily without any trouble. The bike died again, just as I pulled into my home!!

I think I am going to be quite stiff tomorrow!!

Hopefully it is something small that I can fix.
