My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2022
Yesterday was a public holiday in South Africa, thus I had a great day where I could do just what I wanted to do.
In the morning, I went to play badminton at church. I have not played for many years, and this morning, I could hardly get out of the car.
Later on we went to the mall in search of a badminton racket!! We found one at a good price, and there after we did go for a nice coffee, I took the photo from where we sat having the coffee.
The public holiday sped past far to quickly, and as I am typing this, I am sitting in the office again.
