Today I would like to look at Luke 9 verse 23

23)Then He said to them all: “Whoever wants to be My disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow Me.

A Christian follows Jesus by following His example and to be obedient to His will. To take up your cross means that we will give up living our own selfish lives, and live in obedience to Jesus Christ.
