A simple place to visit in Tarlac. It's a medium size mall where people can be a bit tipsy.
TV watching and a smooth ambiance is what you would feel here, no noise, just good for relaxation.
It's best to go here with some of your friends or maybe a love one as it can be a bit romantic because of it's simplicity.
