My First Attempt on Marketing Steemit on Facebook
Hello my friends on Steemit. Yesterday, I tried marketing Steemit on Facebook using FB ads and here are the results I've got.
I am not a marketing expert but I had fun doing this and I encourage everyone to do so as this will make Steemit grow bigger and better. I'm planning to run another one for Utopian in a couple of days.
It's been about 24 hours since I started this campaign on a post of mine showing my estimated account value to show the potential of Steemit to everyone. This campaign's date is 11/24 through 11/25.

Here is an overview of my details on the campaign.
As you can see, the ad will run for 1 week for 350 PHP approximately $7 and for one day, I spent almost a $1. I've reached more than 300 potential people that could be interested on Steemit and almost 200 of them engaged with my ad.
On the picture below, it shows my target audience are people from the Philippines 18 plus and above that are interested in blogging, bitcoin, and cryptocurrencies and income.
Here's a picture of the demographics of my first day with the campaign. It shows that all my audience were all around millennials. It clearly shows in the picture the people that was reached by my campaign and the people who engaged in my ad.
This ad campaign has been made by a newbie like me so I'll keep on making changes to see what would be the best and hopefully get better in marketing. I'm glad that I'm seeing a lot of my fellow Filipinos interested in Steemit.
