How Anger Affects All Lifes!
Seriously Anger can destroy all the things no matter how precious they were but it just takes hardly 2-3 seconds for breaking this because anger is so damn bad for humans for their ego they show their anger. Anger doesn't solve anything. It builds nothing but it can destroy everything. For every minute you are angry, you lose 60 seconds of Happiness.
Life is short Live it. Life is Rare, Grab it. Anger is bad, let go of it. Fear is a mind killer, Face it. Memories are Sweet, Cherish them. People won't have time for you if you are always angry or complaining. Anger is feeling that makes your mouth work faster than your mind. You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.
Control your Anger because it is just one letter away from Danger. Holding on to anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. Anger is nothing more than an outward expression of hurt, fear and frustation. Make your anger so expensive that no one can ever afford it, and makes your happiness so cheap that everyone get it for free from you.
Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else, You are the one who gets Burned.
So its our lifes friends we only know how to live and how to react I too get angry but controls on time so Do anger but in control.
