The role of reading can not be over emphasized. And many years ago, the news papers was the only means people get news of what is happening around them and in other places.

Today there are several other ways we get news yet the means of news papers still exist today. I love reading and the news papers is one of those things I love to read.

But do I read the news papers every day? No I don't. With all sincerity, I read the news papers mostly anytime I am opportune to get one around me. News papers over here are gradually going into extinction.

There are several benefits of reading the news papers.. People who read the news papers develop them self in terms of dictions, spellings and pronunciation.

They also get news ahead of time. Another benefit is that it's costly little buying the news papers unlike other means of getting the news like going on line, watching on TV and so on because these other means cost either electricity or data.

Reading news papers also helps one become vast with knowledge of happening and information.

What kind of news do you usually follow?

The kind of news I usually follow are business news, movie news, and fashion news and abit of politics.

I love this sets of news because I want knowledge in those areas, I want to be able to own a big business someday so I need to know what is happening in that sphere, same with other types of news I love to read about especially movie news.

Movies are one thing I love, I may not know how to act or want to be an actor but I know I definitely like seeing movies and reading about movies, this is why I love reading about movies news on news papers.

How do most people get the news in your country?

In my country, I live in one of the biggest cities called Lagos. Over here,most people get news either through the television or Radio.

While the youths or younger people get their news through through the Internet or social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and many more.

Another class of young people get their news through gisting together with peers either when they meet in a bar, eatery or game places.

While some citizens still get their news via news papers publications.

Do you think international news is important?

Oh yes! I think international news is important. International news doesn't only make us knowledgeable about what is happening globally but also makes us connect to those places.

International use can also help us during travels outside our own country to understand our wear about and movements.

It can also help us understand the way of life of other people globally which includes their fashion, politics, food and even culture.
