Ptifour with mint tea and strawberries
Petitfour is a tiny cake that is at least three times smaller than a regular dessert.
More often, petit fours are prepared from biscuit and shortbread dough, with different fillings, with cream or glaze.
These one-bite-sized snacks are served at the end of the meal.Ptifour goes well with coffee, tea and cocktails.
In my case, he "made friends" with mint tea and strawberries.
For a hot summer, quite a democratic dessert.
