But there is the concept of a “triple point”, when water is cyclically transformed from one state to another, in fact, continuously. The comparison with perpetuum mobile is quite suitable for this phenomenon.

Но есть понятие "тройная точка", когда вода циклически трансформируется из одного отояния в другое, фктически - неприрывно. Этому явлению вполне подходит сравнение с perpetuum mobile.
